According to this article, 1,193 Haitian women gave birth in ONE hospital in Santiago, DR during the 3rd quarter alone.

Even more astounding is that whopping 85% of them are HIV positive

I think it said 646 births to Haitians which is around half of the total 1,193 births. Not that that is much of an improvement and the HIV stats are awful and astounding.

You are right, from that amount 646 are Haitians ilegals.
