As you may be aware, Medicare has issued new card numbers to all recipients. If you haven't received your new card this may be why. We learned today that the US won't send new Medicare cards to forwarding addresses such as EPS. If you get your US mail here and not through a relative or friend, you may have wondered why your new card has not arrived. You can over ride this problem by calling Medicare @ 1-800-633-4227 and they will verify your mailing address and re-send. I'm not a patient person so the 10 minute hold time was tedious but we succeeded.
