Here is a very interesting recently done video tour by the young up and coming José Peguero. He was among the media representatives unvited by Induban (parent company of Café Santo Domingo) to see the farm where much of the coffee is grown and the process of converting the coffee seeds to drinkable coffee.
I had no idea so much technology was used at the farm stage. Very interesting.
