BTW About effects of CBD oil, different strains may cause different effect. I tried it for insomnia. It didn't work. I don't drink alcohol. Still didn't make me drowsy at all. It didn't work for anxiety either. That's the hardest thing, to find the right strain that will work for you. Will be trying a new one when I visit the US next.

Try Green Roads syrup and I guarantee with a tablespoon of that you'll sleep

Is CBD Oil without or minimal THC legal to bring into the DR? Or is it just that so far those who have tried just slipped under the radar?

We could do a stack-up here

A person orders a bottle of CBD, and gets caught
That person is a long time overstayer who hasn’t registered for residency
While driving to the pickup , that person is topped on the road for an infraction

    What are the consequences?

    Illegal importation?
    Illegal overstay?
Driving with an expired tourist card ?

    All of the above?

Not sure your point! Are you saying an overstay issue is the same seriousness as importing CBD which is a Cannabis derivative which may be considered a drug trafficking issue. Could this be a more serious penalty than an overstay? You tell me?

    Just saying....
if the importer of an illegal product is himself illegal there are several compounding problems

Residency, driving past the allotted time, importation of drugs

Life here is fraught with problems for those who live or step outside the system...

Seriousness has nothing to do with it.... infractions abound is the point and nobody knows where the lines are
if you live in that world.... the 'vague' world ... the grey area

Now I understand the confusion, you were not trying to answer the question, just sending down a different path. ok

I have been taking cbd and gummies for several months sent here from different suppliers with no problem.I vape it all the time for my arthritis pain and other things.Never have a problem with customs as the packages all have a warning of it being only cbd
