I am very interested in a one bedroom, one bath unit at this condo building which overlooks Playa Alicia. The location is ideal for me, within walking distance of Playa Sosua and Playero Supermercado. The unit overlooks the pool, and the view of the ocean and of Playa Alicia is amazing. The asking price is reasonable, and I would also invest some dollars in fixing up the kitchen and the purhase of some new furniture. When the time comes, I would like to ask for the advice of this esteemed panel in finding the right guy to do the renovations. Any input on this unit greatly appreciated.
