I am planning on buying a condo in Cabarete at Kite Beach. It is not new and needs some upgrades.
I’m wondering if there is someone I could hire to do an overall inspection. Obviously, someone with
experience in the building practices here, the wiring and plumbing. Also, the whole building including
Roof and foundation of the complex. It seems OK, but I would like a more expert opinion.
