Good Morning, Is any body else having problems with the wifi speed of Altice in the Santiago area?

Altice slow all week Santiago
I am not sure how Altice stays in business - It was better as Orange. Seems ripe for a sell. T-Mobile anybody ?
I had Altice but the Internet never worked, swapped to Claro and must say it is a dozen times better

I had both the 100 mb down ones in Santo Domingo. Claro fiber optic was far better than the Altice version.
Moved to Santiago La Zurza I. There is only Altice available whith 100 mb down. So far so good. Claro still has no fiber optic in that area. Unbelievable only 3 minutes from the monument area.

Mobile internet or home fixed internet via wired router (smart box)?
If mobile internet (phone or wireless MyFi box) probably heavy network usage.
If home internet - do you have the same problem using LAN cable connection or only on WIfi connection? Maybe you need to check your Wifi settings (rebooting would be the first step to do), change channel, wireless bandwidth (Mhz) width, etc.
This is normal. Happens to me at least once a week.
Liked 'em much better when they were Orange.
