I can't find her name at the moment, but I visited one in Clinica Abreu the other day and she spoke English better than I did.
I wouldn't bet my life on it, but I think she was Venezuelan.
Check this thread. A new poster resurrected it from 2012, but the doctor that was highly recommended back then appears to still be active. Except he's in Santiago.
