    Default Gym in Sosua

Are there any? I know there is a gym upstairs in the casino. But I think I heard it is only free weights? Anyone familiar with that gym? Are there any machines there? Any other gyms in the area? Thanks

Sosua Family Gym is at the far end of Pedro Clisante (going towards Cabarete). Machines, free weights, very reasonable as well, daily rates, monthly etc

I spent an hour a day in this gym back in 2014. All of the equipment functioned properly,
place was clean and staff very friendly. A friend of mine was visiting down here last year
and said the place didn't look like they'd been taking care it so he ended up using the one
    upstairs at the Casino.

Exactly - The gym is not clean, the machines are decades old, rusty or missing parts. Too get a workout there it would be more effective to just move the machines around on the floor - but it is cheap. You don't get what you don't pay for
