Las Palmeras/Estrellas Boca Chica - ?

Good morning to all the respected members of DR1 !
Thinking of buying a condo in Las Palmeras.
Any information or ideas about this condominium will be HIGHLY valued and appreciated!
We know very well how costly can be a mistake in a RE purchase. So, we rely on your support ladies and gentlemen!
We are familiar with Boca Chica and aware of its negative sides. But we need to be as close to the capital as possible. Without actually living full time in the big city.
Please share your insight!
