Has anyone attended the naturalization ceremony recently?

What should I expect? Standard dress code - or do I need a jacket and tie?

Thanks in advance, going at the end of February if anyone else it.

Looking forward to it, it's been a lot time coming.

Congratulations. If you can one day please relay any advice for those considering the process.

Jacket and tie is best and no flip flops. Ceremony is nice, doesn't last too long. remember to take all the paperwork with you inc passport. When ceremony is over, do not hang around for sandwiches go straight to the JCE to hand in the paperwork for your birth cert. When you get there they will send you outside again to a truck to get the stuff in the white envelope they give you, photocopied so do it on the way in. If you want VIP takes longer (lol) as you have to pay normally, then pay again. VIP ready next day I think, normal is around a month if I am not mistaken.

Felicidades.
