Every year, it seems, at some point, there seems to be a collective craze on kidnapped kids.

Today, word is that they tried to take a kid away in a jeepeta in Navas.......
And a couple of weeks back, a little girl disappeard in la Laguan salada and was found in the hills, near me, minus her eyes and sucked dry of her organs.....

I never seem to find any evidence in the news outlets, but locals say corrupt officials keep the storys out of them......
I also never seem to get a clear answer when i ask whos kid was nearly kidnapped/kidnapped.
I am at a point where I propose people a 2k pesos bet, lol ;) ;)

I also point out that people seem to pop out kids faster than rabbits, so there would hardly be any point of kidnapping kids when the perps could take thm off their parents for 2k pesos, a bag of rice and 2 chickens.
Harsh, i know, but reality in the campos can be hard.

Again, don't want to sound like broken record, but, my "know-it-all" employee related to me the disappearance of young children and removal of their internal organs. I resisted the temptation of explaining that you just can't take someone's organs in a field, jeepeta or whatever and have them inserted into someone else's body; even if you have a styrofoam cooler with 10 pesos worth of ice. Please correct me if I am mistaken for I'm not a transplant specialist.

Not to point fingers towards any particular group, BUT... Are there any Voodoo rituals that requires human organs? I know they sacrifice animals such as chickens and goats, but if someone know of something else please feel free to say it.

In the same note, corpses have been known to go missing in some Dominican cemeteries for reasons no one has been able to figure out yet. Whomever steal them actually brake into the bovedas and take the bodies out. Again, not pointing fingers, just saying.

Organs from cadavers can be sold to places for dissection and study by medical students in training.
