i will be in santo domingo for only 3 days. what are the definite MUST-SEE sights/restaurants,bars/markets? i have done research but i wanted to hear from some locals or ones that frequent the place. thank you!

And then bar hopping throughout the Colonial City at night.

After having been to Tokyo and Kyoto, I think the Japanese Garden at the Botanical Gardens is at par with the best in the world.
