Any better choices beside La Costera

Used to have a very decent breakfast at La Costera ( is the german guy who was the Deutschland's President personal chef still running it ? ) Any current recommendations ?

It's been closed almost two years now (besides a couple attempts by others to open it) and original owner went back across the pond.

La Costera... as Irie said... CERRADO
For a while, and missed, was quality option under original ownership.

Great Breakfast in Sosua.... Try Brittania.... Good Food/Great People

Taberna el Conde opposite Helados Bon in Sosua have an awesome breakfast and if you like Eggs Benedict then you must try theirs.

Another great breakfast option in El Batey would be Bologna.
Quite a full selection of American Breakfast for under 200pesos.

I am devoted to the eggs benny with smoked salmon, hollandaise on the side.

What I like about Midtown and Brittannia are, I can just ask for whatever, and they make it, I seldom get an actual menu item.

Also Club Residential own cafe used to serve good breakfast... just after La Costera.
