Mortar Mix where ?

Does anyone know of a ferreteria in the Punta Cana area that sells bags of mortar mix of sand + masonary cement.

Mixing your own is OK if you are doing a large project. Unfortunately for the casual consumer, the ferreterias have policies of requiring the consumer to buy sand in large amounts, minimum one meter. It is a game on their part to con more revenue to trouble the consumer to buy more than what is needed. One can bag their own sand for smaller amounts and is only a rough estimate of what may be used for a small project and subject to be victimized with unreasonable prices.

A mixed bag allows the consumer to budget what is needed, no fuss no bother. If any left over, bag can be resealed for a use in the future. No waste.
