If an Asamblea in a condominium passes a resolution to claim a property owner as 'No Grata' could this be considered an act of libel in written form?
It is making the statement about the character of an individual and to third parties in written form and intended to harm or ridicule the reputation of the individual.
"But defamatory libel can also be a criminal offence. Criminal defamatory libel is any matter published, without lawful justification or excuse that is likely to injure the reputation of any person by exposing him to hatred, contempt or ridicule, or that is designed to insult the person about whom it is published."
