Jewelry Store in Santiago/Moca

One of the prongs that holds the diamond in my wedding ring is broken and the diamond is loose. I am looking for a reputable jewelry store in Santiago or Moca that does bench work. I would stay while the work is being done.

Checked with Patrick Silversmithy in Sosua, but he only works on silver. My ring is gold.

Any help is appreciated.

I have used Kelvin Joyeria in Santiago several times and always satisfied. They are located on Ave 27 de Febrero, plaza Jorge 1, on the corner across from Plaza Lama.
