One of my best friends saw your post and as he does not post anything here he asked me to post this on his behalf as he has been through chronic sciatic pain. The best thing to do is to buy an inversions table. He says that he should have had an operation about 7 years ago but he uses his table 3x a week for 10 min. No sciatica pain. He also says do not take the drugs they prescribe here they make you suicidal and really depressed. His chiropractor told him to get an inversions table, (although he told him only after more than a dozen visits!!). Hope this helps...
