Electrician Needed (Santiago)

Looking for an electrician that really knows his stuff.......
A professional in finding problems in home wiring......
Had everything done for proper grounding, test equipment shows receptacles are grounded, BUT......
touching many items and getting electric shocks.
References much appreciated........

My preferred electrician from Santo Domingo lives in Pedro Brand but he is from Santiago and twice a month here. He used to work for Presidente before started his own thing. I think he will be in town end of month checking my inversor.
