Best Interest Rates

Of the few banks we have here on the North Coast who is offering the best CD rates on dollar deposit accounts.
And are they structured to pay interest quarterly, every 6 months, a year or only at maturity and must you also have a checking account with that bank?
Something upwards of 4% would be nice

Best CD rates on US banks are hovering around 2%, certainly not attractive

Actually Citibank has a rate of just under 2.4%. And a dividend aristocrat stock like AT&T has steadily paid out dividends for over 35 years, and currently pays a rate of 6%. There are all kinds of opportunities out there, really depends on your level of risk tolerance.

Citibank 2.4%? I can't find that
