Anyone know an equivalent phrase for the bees' knees in Spanish? I know what it means, just need to know if there is an equivalent phrase. Failing the bees' knees how about the dog's bollocks?

"When you refer to something as 'the bee's knees', it means that it is of excellent or very high quality.
The origin of this expression is largely unknown, although there are a number of theories. Some people believe that it is a reference to the fact that bees carry pollen in sacks on their knees, and that the expression therefore alludes to this concentrated goodness. Others maintain that the saying is just a corruption of the word 'business'.
The dog's bollocks also means excellent - the absolute apex. The reasons why the 'dog's bollocks' are considered to be the top of the tree aren't clear. Dogs do enjoy licking their genitals of course but again, there's no evidence that links the coining of this phrase to that. It is most likely that this is just a nonsense phrase, coined because it sounds good. In that, it would join a long list of earlier nonsense phrases, e.g. 'the cat's pyjamas', 'the bee's knees' etc."
