FBI turns over toxicology report to Dominican authorities

On Sept 16 the FBI turned over it’s toxicology reports on the slew of tourists deaths which occurred earlier this year, but somehow the Dominican authorities found them to be incomplete and cancelled a press conference regarding the findings until further notice.
