Membership isn't expensive, and is included with a number of credit and charge cards.

Well worth it if immigration normally has long lines when you arrive.

One of you two guys, I have a question. I just contacted beforeboarding after doing a google search. And theyre saying that priority pass does not give you access to the vip arrival service. In fact, its costs $100. Knowing this is the DR they could be completely clueless. How do i go about this?

I have the Sapphire but not the $550 deluxe version.

It's a great card but I pass the Residents/Citizens line..... no need for faster
    I too come/go 5-6 times /year...........not worth it

SDQ is starting to be my least favorite airport. I can't take the lines arriving into /departing from SDQ . I purposely travel light (carry on) so that I don't have to wait for the slow carrousel (this is gamble, sometimes it comes before you even get there, other times it takes forever) and still get stuck in lines.

Also, another thing, when I leave I don't want to have to fill out a whole book repeating the same info 3 times (me and the kids), it is sooo annoying. Can't they computerize their sh*t , save paper and have one per family, especially after the umpteenth trip...urgh

I have flown in out of POP before, think it was better. I think I am going to start flying into POP, see if it s better.

PS:If I traveled as much as you, would consider suicide. Once a week in SDQ, would do that to me.

Oh I totally agree. Usually immigration isnt so bad. But there are times when you arrive there (with the other planes) and its just hell. They definitely need to computerize the process. AND MY GOD HOW MANY TIMES DO THEY NEED TO TAKE MY FINGERPRINTS! They have at least a hundred copies by now.

Yeah, other planes follow me, it seems. Christmas time is EPIC.

Dare I say it ? Security is a joke as well, traveled with my son's medicine in my carry-on wasn't even stopped.

Can't they settle on 1 set of fingers ?

In SDQ defense, I find every one very nice in SDQ. Just think, the crowd should be handled better at times.

Hopefully with the remodelarions they will have more space to have more inmigration agents working, the airport is having now more flights and some airlines announced increases in march and June.

Believe it or not, this was the first time ever that they took ok my fingerprints. They’ve taken my husband’s several times and just ignored me.

Also the first time they questioned our address. I just entered the road, we don’t really have addresses in campo, but we did paint a number on our wall so the mundanza can find us. We gave him that and he was happy. What if we didn’t have that?
