    Hey gang,
    Ive been a lil under the weather lately so I havent been on board but im feeling lil better no will try to get those wedding pictures scanned in. sorry taking so long Sam..

    Yes im feeling much better yes ladies im watching my diet. umm my favorite is pineapple juice ummm (con leche carnation)I have a lot of drs apointmnets but my leg I can now walk better. I walked up and down the Conde without sitting down!!! couldnt do that in 2 years!!! I asked American for a frequent user discount shezz all these Dr apointments ..

    you really should skip the leche carnation unless you're using the skim variety. The milk fat in it can really clog arteries!! Keep walking....it's the best thing you can do for yourself!!

    Screw the fat content, pineapple juice batidas with leche carnatio (5 pesos extra!) are the BEST.

    Keep drinking them Sammy and you will feel better in no time.

    Keep walking, that will certainly help. Try to cut back on the Carnation, that is for sure a no-no in your diet...
