Hoping someone might know something. My wife is from Nagua, she calls family at least once a week and was told a couple of days ago that she has 2 close friends on a boat that seems to be missing. 3 boats (illegals) left Samana for Peurto Rico about 8-9 days ago.. around May 30. Two boats arrived and one is still missing. We don't really know where to look for news about this kind of thing, ANY ideas would be sincerely appreciated.
