Yes, Belgium had chances
I counted at least four major errors by Marcos on which Belgium could have capitalized but failed to do so effectively. This is not to denigrate Marcos at all -- he made plenty of terrific saves, and in my mind, probably was the MVP for this match.
Belgium fought the good fight, but in the end, it was not enough.
