Are there any community Development Banks (micro loans etc) in the DR? If yes, do you have an URL?

I don't know about the DR but, theres a rally cool bank in Haiti called fonkoze.

There are several, but the two largest ones are BANCOADEMI and Banco de la Microempresa.

Not a bank but ...

You might want to try the Fundacion Dominicana de Desarrollo. They provide micro loans for "entrepreneurs" in developing areas.
