    Unhappy exchange rate

    I have heard the the street exchange rate has shifted drastically today..... can anyone confirm this? If so what is the new rate?

    Drastic?, no. It changes on occasion, but there have been no drastic changes. In Sosua, rate for the dollar is 17.80 at the exchange banks, that is up .10 compared with about 10 days ago. the EURO rate is 17.10 (mostly) but 17.20 can be found at one or 2. This is down .10/.20 compared with about 10 days ago.

    Figures I am quoting were the posted figures as of 1pm today.

    the street signs show 17.80 for usd 10.70 for canadian
    western union was 18.00
    i needed to buy some us dolls cost me 18.20
    if you have a good contact you probably can get 18.05 or 18.10
    right now 4.30 thursdays..
