I was just wondering if there has been a release of a list of what 238 low-income communities that Hipolito would be picking up the tab for in reference to electricity?

I wonder how many of these low income communities will be "gerrymandered" to include the homes of PRD senators, etc?

Thanks for introducing me to the word "gerrymandering", porfirio.

There must be many more than 238 so-called "low-income" communities in the country - I hope those eligible for the freebies are not all in the capital...

Why do I have the feeling that the 238 communities

are the communities that will make the largest difference in the next presidential election??????
Am I on to something here or is the gov't really, really actually going to do something for the poor???
