Last Sat ESPN2 broadcasted pt 1 of 3 parts of the Billfish Extreme Release League series that took place in Punta Cana.
They will replay the epiode:
ESPN2 Tues Oct. 22 11:00 to 12:00PM
ESPN Wed. Oct 23 2:00 to 3:00pm

Part 2 will air:
ESPN2 Sat OCT 26 11:00 to 12:00PM
ESPN2 Tue Oct 29 11:00 to 12:00PM
ESPN Wed Oct 30 2:30 to 3:30PM

Part 3 will air:
ESPN2 Sat Nov 2 11:00 to 12:00PM
ESPN2 Tue Nov 5 11:00 to 12:00PM
ESPN Tue Nov 5 4:00 to 5:00PM

This was Catch and Release? How wonderful!. For years i have been hooting and hollering aobut the need to do this and now that it is happening, even if just a little bit, the two guys most involved, my cousin in Guatemala who told me how important it was and my friend in the tobacco business who was killed in that plane crash, are no longer with us, unfortunately.
This is, indeed, encouraging.

Most Fishing tournaments in th US are Catch and Release now. Now Tourneys are trying to emphasize the use of Circle Hooks. Circle Hooks do less harm to the fish by hoking them in the corner of their mouth.
Remember....."Tag and Brag!"
