I have been trying with out success to get the resorts web site. It has not been up for over a week. Can anyone tell me if there is a problem or is it possible that their site changed Thanks for any info

It worked for me just now, perhaps there is a problem in the routing from your ISP. To locate the problem, at a DOS prompt, type TRACERT www.CoconutPalms. If there is a problem, this will tell you where the problem is. Make sure the URL resolves to the TCP/IP address 204.142.85.208, which the TRACERT results will show.
