In march 2000 a dutchman called otti maas was arrested for trade in women. Anybody knows if he has been convited or what?

What is it with Dutchmen that are always involved with the sex trade. I know of one in particular who is at Najayo Prison who was the leader of an international gang of Pedophiles and was caught with 50 tapes of Dominican children performing sex acts with him and his friend. His friend when arrested and placed in the Palace of Justice jail died of a heart attack.
This guy was so sick that he even had a wife, supported two gals with the children of other men in a house he owned at the colonial zone area of the Malecon. When his wife visited him at the prison, which was 4 times a week, the other prisoners in cell #6 would screw his wife left and right. He would do nothing about it. He was never seen having sex with her. She was only about 16 yrs. old.
