He writes....I am looking for a spanish immersion program in latin or central
america that allows access to a university, has transferable college
credits, is environmentally orientated (i am in school in USA to be a conservation
biologist). I want a long term program of 6 months to a year and it needs
to be affiliated with a university.

Can anyone here assist this fellow with any clues at all?

Prof. Arturo What's - his Name? is involved with environmental studies at PUCMM. There is some work being carried on and you maight be able to contribute new ideas as to where to go....Besides picking up the garbage.
Russel, that's it....Arturo Russel....Easy to find him. And the Ciee program has a pretty good track record.
