If planning a trip to the DR or virtually any other location in the world, you can get a great deal of current and historical weather information from a new website established by the World Meteorological Organization. The URL is http://www.worldweather.org/

With respect to the information available for the DR, information is provided on the following locations: Barahona, La Romana, Montecristi, Puerto Plata, Punta Cana, San Juan, Santiago, and Santo Domingo

Click on "contact us", then click on one of the links under "Technical Difficulties" or on "International Cities" under "Maps".
