I want to make pastelitos (empanadas) de carne for Noche Buena and I don't know how to make them. Anyone have a recipe that they can share! I real authentic dominican one!

Thanks for the link. Have you ever tried the recipe? If yes, have you ever substitute the 1/4 lb of chicken for beef?
