It's still too early. There are usually a few Dominican Day parades scattered throughout Manhattan, the Bronx and New Jersey, but they always take place mid-June through August.
Check back when it's closer to those summer dates, or try calling the Dominican Consulate in NYC for the info. Also, try this website:
