Is it over night parking at SDQ airport? And is it safe to leave my car for a weekend? And what are the rates for 24 parking?

Yes and cheap

You can park for as long as you like assuming the car is not stolen. (Joke). It is so cheap for a couple of hours that a day must be a small portion of an equivalent on site airport lot in North America.
