Why do I get e mails that someone tried to send me a private message but I couldn't receive it because my private message account is full, when I don't have a single message stored in there?
I always delete all my messages and now I don't have a single one stored yet I have received an e mails that people tried to send me messages but it is full.
Please correct this problem. Or I would apply for a full refund.
