Just wondering do you have Chiropractor's in the DR? And if so what would the going rates be?

The board's expert on this subject is AZB. He practices in Santiago. I'm sure he will find your post soon. I know from one of his posts on the subject that there is one in Santo Dominigo that he recommends to persons in that area who are in need.

Curt, I am working out of my santiago office: # 809 612 4220.
For the south coast Call: Dr. marc Schechter #: 809 412 7690
We are both american graduates and practice various techniques including: drop table, flexion / distraction (herniated disc), extremity adjustments and full spine.
My rates are very fair and compared to american fees, its a bargain (if not a joke). Marc charges a little higher than me because he lives in the capital (everything costs more).
We both take x rays and analyze them in details and explain all the finding to the patient before doing any type of therapy.

I must admit i am curious about the "distraction" techinque.... Is that like wearing really uncomfortable shoes so you don't notice your back hurts?

there is a guy staying in Playa de Oro in Cabarete right now who has plans on moving here part time. he has done some work on me and is excellent. Contact Connie at Hotel Playa de Oro for more info... I think he's going to work of there...

Call this number: Dr. Alan 254-3702. He is an excellent canadian chiropractor in cabarete. This number was given to me by his daughter a long time ago. I am not sure if he still living in DR.
