We are thinking about going to the Dominican Republic April 12-19. ?I would like to know what activities are available that week. I was told there are no motorized boats then. Does everything shut down?
Alos, can one see coral reef by swimming offshore without having to take a boat? We like to snorkel, but prefer to see coral. What's the best spot for that?
