Today's digital version of El Caribe, posts a story that The Spiderman, Luis Manuel D?az de la Rosa, the fellow accused of entering the apartment of former Presidente Lionel Fernandez, supposedly to rob it, has made bail of 3000 pesos. The judge has ordered him released from Victoria prison. The sidebar to this story is after the "robbery" bugging devices were found in the Ex President's residence.
