there is a company named Dinorah's Sportswear which makes T Shirts with transfers or embroidery on them. They also make golf shirts, long and short dresses etc. They sell to the local beach vendors who in turn sell to the tourists. I have also seen Punta Cana and Santo Domingo designs on their wares.
