I'm leaving tomorrow, but just wanted to clear up (so I'm not too stingy or too generous), what is a fair (daily) amout to tip the housekeeper for our room? Also, we are staying at an AI - - is it general practice to tip the porters, waiters, etc, even though gratuities are "included" in the package?
