I am from miami and 51 years old. I am thinking of moving to the north coast at my retirement. What do your crystal balls say about the future of the area in 10-15 years hence.

I would like responses from the "old timers".

thank you with great appreciation for any who answer!!!

P.S. - I am trying to get there sooner.;)

I believe it will still be a very good place to live.

What are you most wondering about?

I look forward to other replies to this long term question. Seems like 10 - 15 years is a long time away.

What I'd like to see, is a better type of tourist visiting this coast, better roads, reliable electricity, a general clean-up, a little less stinky polution from the various types of vehicles, some of the abandoned projects picked up and life breathed into them and not much more development - maybe some more clean business development.

That's my wish list.
