TRAVERSE CITY, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 21, 2003--THE AUXER GROUP, INC.

Stanley, who are you kidding? Auxer is not a company with billions of dollars. Their stock is not even traded over the NYSE or NASDAQ -- they're on the pink sheet market, along with another long-time start-up called Baltia Air Lines. In fact, Auxer hasn't made any money recently - even though they've been in the automotive and telecommunication business.

It's clear they're using the benefits of a publicly traded company to raise cash to buy these assets, but they're not sitting on loads of cash. Auxer's stock trades at less than USD one cent, this is hardly a strong bet.
