Year's end. Party for 60-80 people.
Caterers? Ok. Place? We can think Centro Espa?ol? One of the Party Houses (don't think badly, they are establishments that host meetings and parties.) Hillbilly Hovel can hold 40 or so for food and drinks. Caterer is no problem.
Rafael has a wonderful sister that knows how to throw a party under the trees!. We could do it at the Golf Club, no problem.

Date? Before or after Christmas?????

Too early to set dates for December, but if we are available, we will be there.

I promise to come to this one.Even if I can only fly down for a few days I will be there.Generally speaking as Christmas draws nearer the airfares go waaay up...so at least 9 or 10 days before Christmas would probably suit a lot of us better.

I've voted, but it is time this one came back to the top of the page for others to vote too. Well..

I say 2 weeks before Christmas... but let me know well in advance. The store opened today!!! We were packed... tripled our expected sales!!! I never thought it could be this big!!! So let me know so I can close up shop!
