Artist Supplies

My wife and I will be moving to the north coast sometime this year. Joell is a very talented and somewhat renowned artist (I toot her horn, she won't!)and she wonders how available artist supplies will be for her. Things such as oil paints, canvas, brushes etc. Are they REALLY expensive, should we bring lots of stuff with us? Any help appreciated...

CCC in Plaza Central is definitely the spot to get all those supplies, brings back memories of all-nighters trying to do stuff for school after buying all the supplies there:tired: :tired: :sleep:

I do recall some of the supplies to be fairly expensive so perhaps bringing some with you until you have a chance to check out the selection would be a good idea.
