It's a premier condo in Perla Marina, which is a developement on the North Coast three miles west of Cabarete. Both bedrooms have airconditioning and the sea breeze is as close as opening the sliding glass doors to the patio. There are miles of semi-secluded beautiful beach to walk and an area where the waves are large enough to surf in the morning.
