Can Anybody clue me in on the contracts the DR has with the various minning operations in the country?

I have been following the spike in Nickle and well as today's Gold Jump. Does the DR benifit from that or do they get a flat rate?
I ask because I want to know if that is another thing that Hippo's gang is stealing

There is an article in the DR1 News Archives about the Gold Mining Contract

that the DR just signed.It said that the DR got screwed! 3and 1/2 percent of the company's NET!the company does no reclaimation of ecological damage! I,m sure SOME dominicans will get a lot of money,under the table.You know how it works here "Ton"! Same SHIT,different day! The only investment I have in the DR is my house,and that was a mistake!CCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCC
