The Washington Post has a front page article on prospective DR baseball players using drugs meant for animals in order to increase their chances of making a major league baseball team. Some of the drug use has already resulted in deaths. It is an interesting article. Edition: June 23, 03

....that's probably what you'll hear from the stars of today about their decision to take the enhancement drugs.

The deaths of these kids is not their responsibility - so they tell themselves.

Besides, "everybody's doing it".
